Hamas on Friday reported that Israel's intense bombardment of the Gaza Strip resulted in the death of 13 hostages, including foreign nationals, in their custody.

Palestinian group Al-Qassam Brigades said in a statement that the 13 were killed in various locations over the past 24 hours.

It did not give the nationality of the foreigners. There has been no confirmation from Israel.
