The Turkish Armed Forces hit 80 Daesh targets in northern Syria as part of Operation Euphrates Shield, the army said Wednesday.
Three opposition fighters were killed and four others were injured during Tuesday's clashes.
Daesh seized control of some regions in the southern part of Akhtarin. Clashes between Daesh terrorists and opposition fighters continue.
Meanwhile, more than 300 Daesh suspects were held in October in Turkey as part of the ongoing fight against terrorism, according to data compiled by Anadolu Agency based on police and military sources.
