Gülenist terror group's 13-point cover plan revealed by Turkish security units
As investigation into the Gülenist Terror Group (FETÖ) has continued since the bloody coup attempt on July 15 with the latest findings revealing that the terrorist group has sent out a message containing a 13-point comprehensive concealment plan to its members. According to a Milliyet daily report, after the police chief of southeastern Şanlıurfa province, Erdem I., was captured, a 13-point plan from FETÖ was retrieved from his computer. Among the orders were instructions to reformat all cellphones and completely remove the Bylock app which has been widely used by Gülenists as an untraceable line of communication.

Prosecutors say Bylock was popular among Gülenists as a secretive form of communication from 2013 to 2015 while the terrorist group turned to Eagle IM after 2015, an app that offers "256-bit end-to-end AES encryption" for its users, according to the description of the app in the Google Play Store. The app's developers also promise protection from "Man In The Middle" attacks or hacking into chats between two people that enables message altering by one of the two parties. Similarly, Bylock offers an eight-digit password for users and highly secure encryption.
The report revealed that those Gülenists who have infiltrated the police force notified other FETÖ members that security units were aware of the use of Bylock and ordered its immediate removal. Additionally, the 13-point list included comprehensive orders on what to do when security units conduct house searches as well as during interrogations. Other orders included sending children and wives away from their current city to their home city, the removal of digital items from the home, and wives refraining from visiting their spouses during any period of their detainment. Furthermore, FETÖ ordered its members to say that they do not trust the official security report and refuse to sign it as they have been told to say that the investigations were illegal. Finally, the list stated that FETÖ members must insist on having an equal number of lawyers and police officers present during a house search and that they must insist for female police while one should record the search.
