Strong winds carrying dust from Syria and Iraq have hampered daily life in southeastern Turkey.
According to Turkey's regional meteorological authorities, windy conditions and heavy dust reduced visibility and air quality in southeastern provinces of Diyarbakır, Şırnak, Mardin, Şanlıurfa and Batman.
