The Antakya Civilizations Choir will hold a concert this Friday at the Ecosoc Hall of the United Nations Building in New York.
The choir, founded in 2007 with members from three local monotheistic religions and six sects, has drawn local and foreign attention with their songs and hymns.
Civilizations Association Chairman Yılmaz Özforat, who is also the director of the choir, said, "We are excited to sing Turkish, Arabic and English religious tunes in the U.S. as part of our message of peace."
