18 police officers have been injured after a bus they were travelling in veered off an icy road in Erzurum province's Pasinler district on Sunday.

According to sources, the accident took place on Sunday evening on a highway between Pasinler and Erzurum Police Station. The bus slid off the ice-covered lane and flipped on its side.The 18 policemen were taken to a nearby hospital. Officials said three of the injured are in serious condition while the remaining 15 have minor injuries.
