A minibus carrying farm workers swerved of the road in the Çifteler district of the central Eskişehir province, killing three workers and injuring 30 others, mostly women.
Initial reports suggested that the accident took place due to the driver's lack of attention.
The driver and two workers were killed in the accident.
Previously in July, 15 seasonal farm workers were killed in Turkey's western province of Manisa.
