At least three Turkish workers were killed yesterday after a tunnel collapsed in Iraq's northern city of Irbil.
Three Turkish workers were killed and one was wounded when the iron supporting the walls of Pirmam tunnel on the Irbil-Salahudin highway collapsed, according to the Turkish company in charge of the tunnel.
The injured worker was hospitalized in Irbil and the bodies of the three others - Ahmet Şahin, 45, Mehmet Şahin, 40 and Celal Bilmen, 55 - will be sent to Turkey by plane.
