Sabah, sister newspaper to Daily Sabah, was awarded membership to the International Newspaper Color Quality Club in a contest by the World Association of Newspapers and News Publishers (WAN-IFRA).
Turkuvaz Press, publishing Sabah and Daily Sabah, was chosen for inclusion into the club with 77 other publishing and printing companies from 26 countries by winning a contest on color printing excellence for the Sabah daily.
The Color Quality Club, which promotes high-quality color newspaper printing and sets international standards to that extent, will present the award to Turkuvaz Press on Oct. 15. Apart from offering a quality product for readers, high color quality also enables newspapers to boost their appeal to advertising customers.
