ISTANBUL — CEO of TAV Airports, Sani Şener, said on Tuesday, in order to lighten traveler congestion in control check points at airports a decision to introduce fingerprint scans and lift full body x-rays has been made.
The new plan will be tested before it is put in to use according to Şener. Safety measures were ramped up in the past decade in order to avoid terrorism. These new measures will not undermine the safety of passengers but instead improve them.
