ANKARA — National Youth Foundation's (MGV) assets which were confiscated during 1997 military memorandum (28th February) process returned back to foundation.

Foundations' former head İlyas Tongüç informed that by the decisions of Ankara Court, Foundations 95 % of assets have been transferred to the legal entities.

Request for re-establishment of the National Youth Foundation was accepted by court. Upon decision of the Court on re-establıshment, General Directorate of Foundations had begun to registration process on foundation's confiscated assets.
