Earthquake in Kuşadası

A 4.3 magnitude earthquake rattled the Kuşadası shore Tuesday morning.



According to information published on the Bosphorus University Kandilli Meteorology and Earthquake Research Institute website, an earthquake with an epicenter based in the Kuşadası shore off the Aegean Sea rattled at 07:59 this morning.
Kuşadası District Governor Mustafa Esen announced that there have been no reports of injury or damage sustained in the 4.3 earthquake this morning.
Esen, speaking during an announcement to members of the press, stated that earthquakes of this nature do occur in Kuşadası from time to time and there was no reason to be overly concerned.
