The popular Russian newspaper, Konsomolskaya Pravada, headlined why Russians chose Turkey the most for their holidays.

Turkey and Turkish tourism was widely covered in the news, written by Oxana Bassauer titled "Why I always take a holiday in Turkey during summer," stated the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
The reasons for why Russians prefer Turkey as their holiday destination are the magnificent nature, fresh air, developing service quality and the tourism potential, spread throughout the whole year.

In the news, Turkey's Pamukkale, Istanbul, Izmir, Antalya and capital Ankara and the opportunities to visit historical places, going rafting and shopping were handled.

Bassauer mentioned a Russian tourist, who said that Turkey was a secure country and Turks were professional in their jobs.
