Turkish June foreign visitor arrivals +8.02 pct
The number of foreign visitors to Turkey rose 8.02 percent year-on-year in June to 3.78 million people, the Tourism Ministry said on Friday, after climbing 4.28 percent the previous month.
In 2010 the total number of visitors to Turkey rose 5.74 percent to 28.6 million. In the first six months of 2011 tourist arrivals stood 12.58 percent higher.
