Microsoft ends support for older versions of Internet Explorer

Users of older versions of Internet Explorer will soon have to live without most technical support, as Microsoft turns its focus to newer versions of the browser program. That means, starting January 12, Microsoft will only provide support, security upgrades and technical improvements for Internet Explorer version 11 and newer when they are operating on Windows 7, 8.1 and 10.Users should make sure they're using the newest version of the browser before then.Anyone using an older version of Explorer on a system like Windows Vista or XP should switch to the Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome browser.
