President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan flew to the capital Ankara from Istanbul at midnight after presidential and parliamentary elections ended. Erdoğan is expected to address his supporters who started convening outside his ruling Justice and Development Party (AK Party) headquarters. Vote count was still underway as Erdoğan arrived in the capital.
