The weapons sent by Germany to peshmerga forces last year, to support their fight against the Islamic State in Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS) in northern Syria, have been passed into the hands of the terrorist organization, PKK, according to Süddeutsche newspaper, which referenced Spiegel magazine. A high number of German Milan model antitank missiles and DM51A1 model hand grenades have been passed into the hands of the PKK, the report said. Germany made a decision to support the peshmerga forces with military and medical supplies last week, including 500 Milan type antitank missiles and 30 missile launchers, 200 armor-piercing bazooka and 2400 ammunition for it, 4000 G3 rifles, 2 million bullets, 10 machine guns, and 10,000 hand grenades last week. Germany is also expected to send 10 armored military vehicles and a Unimog medical vehicle, in addition to other medical supplies and military clothing before sending the weaponry, the report added.
