AMON AMARTH

Amon Amarth is not only the most popular death metal band around but a leading group responsible for the popularity of Viking metal as well.

The Swedish band, which gets its name from a mountain in Middle-earth from J.R.R. Tolkien novels, has been inspired by the Scandinavian mythology and was moderately popular from the 1980s, when it was founded, to the 2000s. But they achieved unprecedented success starting from the 2000s. It has been impossible to stop the rise of Amon Amarth thanks to its stage shows depicting Viking stories and its melodic death metal style that anyone can enjoy. The band, which looks as if they came from the Viking period, is growing in popularity with every passing day with a new album under the leadership of the vocalist Johan Hegg, who was one of the strongest stage figures in the 2000s. It is time to raise the devil horns and beer glasses for Amon Amarth, which is coming to Turkey to promote their new album "Jomsviking." Raise your horns!

BLOODBATH

Bloodbath is a "super group" of famous musicians who came together to revive oldschool death metal. With the concept of "dream staff," the group has involved many famous names such as Mikael Akerfeldt (Opeth), Dan Swanö (Edge of Sanity) and Peter Tagtgren (Hypocrisy, PAIN) so far. Today Nick Holmes (vocalist) from Paradise Lost, Martin Axenrot from Opeth, Jonas Renkse and Anders Nyström from Katatonia will come to Turkey as members of the group. Bloodbath combines death metal and doom riffs and is famous for its stage shows.

NAPALM DEATH

Napalm Death changed the rules of the game and gave a new face to death metal in 1987. The group has left an impression on numerous musicians from every sort of metal music genre from grind core and progressive to metal core. The most outstanding feature of the group, which is known for breaking taboos, is its stage shows. The legendary group, which has come to Turkey only two times in the past and presented unforgettable concerts, is now getting ready to join Monster Energy Presents; Rock Off 2017 Ronnie James Dio.
