Apple customers in Turkey are experiencing hard times as they cannot arrange timely appointments from the tech giant's two service centers, one in Zorlu Center and the other in Akasya Shopping Mall.
This has forced Apple customers to purchase appointments on the black market instead.
Online shopping websites offer appointments for Apple customers who need to have their produces serviced or repaired. Purchasing a Genius Bar appointment costs between TL 50 ($17) and TL 150. Buyers wait hours to get an appointment from Apple's service centers, and then sell them to third parties.
