Istanbul - Rustem Mattiyev, 27, and Muret Besimov, 22, were found dead in their third-floor apartment in Istanbul's Beyoğlu district yesterday. Turkish police reported that the victims, both nationals of Turkmenistan, were shot in the head.An investigation has been launched into the murders.
