If you are among the Muslims who fast during the holy month of Ramadan, then you probably have felt the lowering energy during the day, especially since this year's fasting falls on to the hot and long summer days. if you are fasting, you are prohibited from being able to eat or drink, even water, from before dawn to sunset.
In order to keep up with the fasting in the long summer days, here is a list of suggested foods, which you can have during your suhoor (pre-dawn meal), that will help you maintain energy and hydration throughout the day. The list was prepared by the Muslim registered dietitian Nour El-Zibdeh, BuzzFeed has reported.
