In 1958, when the banknote printing press was established by the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye, the TL 100 bills printed at this press were among the special pieces exhibited in the bank's currency exhibition. The exhibition includes over 6,000 pieces, consisting of banknotes printed during the Ottoman and republic periods, as well as imperial decrees and bonds.
