U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken's testimony to Congress on American diplomacy, global challenges and the 2025 budget request was interrupted by protests. Blinken was confronted by pro-Palestinian demonstrators who painted their hands red like blood and shouted, "You will be remembered as the butcher of Gaza."
