Black Sea team Trabzonspor will bring in something new in selling season tickets. The club will put into effect selling "season tickets with flights" or "season tickets with bus service" once their new stadium Akyazı opens. This is a first in Turkey. The financially-strained club's new president, Muharrem Usta, is aiming to overcome the crisis with new projects. According to the announcement from the club, Trabzonspor fans living abroad will be able to watch their team at home thanks to the new system. Moreover, Trabzonspor fans living in different parts of Turkey will also be able to not miss their team's matches thanks to the service. Usta said: "As a result of this new system, we aim to sell at least 5,000 season tickets."There will be round trip flights offered between Trabzon and cites where many Trabzonspor fans live such as Istanbul, İzmir, Kocaeli, Bursa, Sakarya and Antalya. When Trabzonspor plays against the big powerhouses such as Fenerbahçe, Galatasaray and Beşiktaş, the Black Sea club will also organize plane trips for fans living abroad who have signed on for the system.Added to this, the bus service system will be for fans living in cities near Trabzon like Samsun, Ordu, Giresun, Rize, Artvin, Gümüşhane, Bayburt and Erzurum.Reiterating that they will move in from Avni Aker Stadium to the new Akyazı Stadium, Usta said: "Trabzonspor got their titles in Avni Aker Stadium. We want to get new titles in our new Akyazı Stadium. But we can't do this all alone. Both we, as club administrators, and our fans must do our parts. We are aiming to see a competitive team on the pitch. Our fans must fill the stands and support our players. For this, we will begin to sell the new season tickets."
