Brazil, which is the world's biggest exporter of footballers, has the highest number of foreign players in Turkey. A total of 22 Brazilian footballers play at Turkish clubs. Spor Toto Super League also employs 11 Cameroonians and 10 Portuguese; Nigerian and Serbian footballers. France exported seven footballers to Turkey while there are six footballers from Senegal, Romania and Sweden. Germany, the Netherlands and Bosnia-Herzegovina sent five players to Turkey. Belgium, Czech Republic, Argentina, Ivory Coast, Democratic Republic of Congo are represented by four footballers in the league. There are three footballers each from Spain, Guinea, Morocco, Bulgaria and Slovenia; two from Denmark, Colombia, Algeria, Chile, Hungary, Japan, Poland, Burkina Faso, Ghana, Lithuania and Albania, and one footballer each from Uruguay, Canada, Costa Rica, Paraguay, Peru, Slovakia, Mali, Ethiopia, Iceland, Croatia, Angola, Venezuela, Moldova, Montenegro, Belarus, Bolivia, Iraq, Georgia, Switzerland, Macedonia, Greek and Liberia.Europe is well ahead as an exporter of football players compared with the other continents. A total of 91 footballers from Europe play for Spor Toto Super League teams. Europe is followed by Africa with 51 footballers. South America sent 36 footballers to Turkey while Japan sent two. One footballer each has come from Canada, Iraq and Georgia.
