Scottish champions Glasgow Celtic are to finalize a deal for former Turkish international Nadir Çiftçi, landing the striker for a transfer fee of 1.5 million pounds. Çiftçi, who found the net 33 times in the past two seasons with Dundee Untied, has been capped nine times by Turkey's U19 team.
