The city of Madrid prepared a promotional tourism film using star players from Atletico Madrid to promote the region. Manager Diego Simeone as well as footballers Arda Turan, Koke, Fernando Torres, Antoine Griezmann and Raul Jimenez of Atletico Madrid, which is one of the tourism ambassadors of the city of Madrid, starred in the film. The short film, which was promoted yesterday, features Turan and his friends touring landmarks and significant restaurants in the city with an old model minibus painted in the colors of Atletico Madrid. The film was promoted with the motto, "Madrid of the People of Madrid. Madrid of Atletico. Enjoy Madrid," which is said by Simone. Speaking in the film, the president of the football club, Enrique Cerezo, said, "We are proud to be the ambassadors of our city around the world. We wanted to show an alternative Madrid through the eyes of Atletico fans in the film. Simone and the players show people a dynamic and passionate Madrid that tourists would not want to miss out on."
