Hamburger SV's Turkish midfielder Tolgay Arslan, who has been negotiating with Beşiktaş and Trabzonspor for two weeks, has agreed to Beşiktaş's offer. With the efforts of Beşiktaş administrator Erdal Torunoğulları, who will oversee the transfer, Arslan said yes to Beşiktaş. The club negotiated with Arslan for a three-and-a-half year agreement. Beşiktaş is expected to pay a transfer fee of 500,000 euros to Hamburger SV for the 25-year-old midfielder. Trabzonspor previously said the club would pay double Beşiktaş's offer to Hamburger SV and Arslan's father.
