Consumption of hazelnuts in the amount of a teacup per day is a convenient way to help reduce cholesterol. It helps blood formation, preserves mental health: Hazelnut helps blood formation thanks to it being rich in iron and zinc and preserves mental health due to having plenty of vitamin B complex. In addition, it is high in potassium, an important mineral for nerve stimulation and muscular tissue development.
