Amid uncertainty ahead of the U.S. Federal Reserve's meeting on interest rates this week, both the euro and U.S. dollar broke all time high records against Turkish lira on Monday.The U.S. dollar reached record level against Turkish lira on at 3.0676. The rate had previously reached 3.0610 on September 10.Meanwhile, the euro exceeded 3.47 level on early Monday first time since August 24, reaching as high as 3.4776 against Turkish lira.
