Dutch musician Joris Voorn comes to Istanbul right after his performance at Amsterdam Dance Event.
The Netherlands' source of pride will perform at Roxy tonight as a part of Beat the Night organization. Voorn created his own school of music thanks to his experiments with various genres including trance and techno. He pioneered a chance in electronic music and has already become a living legend.
With his second studio album, which was released almost 10 years ago, he introduced a new type of electronic music that does not only stir the body but also his audience's emotions.
Born into a family full of musicians, Voorn began to get behind the DJ set in his early 20s. Apart from his alternative solo projects such as "Dark Science" and "Third Nation," the Dutch musician also co-founded a few of the pioneer record companies including Green and Rejected. Voorn, who has been mesmerizing his audience with his songs, remixes and DJ sets, is also praised for his live performances. Tonight, he will be accompanied by British musician Kidnap Kid and Procombo on Roxy's stage.
