Lucy Rose to hit the Babylon stage

British musician and song writer Lucy Rose will conquer the Babylon stage for the first time on Oct. 6 as part of the Garanti Jazz Concert series. Rose, who began exploring indie and acoustic genres after leaving her home county of Warwickshire, released her single trilogy "Middle of the Bed," "Scar" and "Redface" in 2011. Rose also tagged along with Bombay Bicycle Club during their world tour and contributed to their recordings. She also offered vocal backups for the recordings of Ghostpoet and the Manic Street Preachers. Following a busy schedule, Rose began working for her own solo album and released "Like I Used To" in 2012. With her singles "Our Eyes," "Like an Arrow" and "Til l The End" from her latest 2015 album "Work It Out," Rose topped British music lists. She worked with British actor Danny Dyer for the music video of her single "Nebraska" in 2016 and established a name for herself in the music industry. Rose, who created a post-acoustic pop world for her music, enchants her audience with pastoral and fragile songs. The British musician, who has made her fans happy by announcing her the release of the new album in 2017, will present a delightful set to Istanbulites on Oct. 6.When: Oct. 6Where: Babylon, Istanbul
