Exhibition features best examples of Turkish abstract art

Bozlu Art Project in Nişantaşı is hosting the solo exhibition "From Kings and Queens to Don Quixote" of Özdemir Altan, a prominent Turkish abstract artist. Curated by Özlem İnay Erten, a wide selection of examples from various periods of Özdemir Altan are on display. These include the "Kings and Queens" series he created in the 1960s, his "Realistic Period" in the 1970s, the 3-D works that he created in the 1980s, his collages, "the Family Trees" he began making in the 1990s and the "Don Quixote" series comprising his recent works.
