The Istanbul Photography and Cinema Amateurs Association (İFSAK) invites all photography lovers to its group exhibition featuring veteran artists' works that have been accumulating in the association's archives for 55 years. Considering İFSAK celebrated its 56th anniversary, it can be said that its archive is one of the richest archives regarding the art of photography. İFSAK works to do its best to serve the art of photography, cinema and its own history. While the association was working with İFSAK TV, it was realized that their archive is one of the leading actors of İFSAK. They digitized the photographs in the archive and did their best to preserve the works of late photographic artists in Turkey. "İFSAK Arşivi Aralanıyor" (İFSAK Archive Unveiled) is the first step to other exhibitions featuring the priceless photographs from İFSAK's archive. The exhibition mostly includes the works of members of the association starting with the works of Selahattin Giz, the photographer of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, in the 1930s and extends to the mid-80s.
