The Princes' Islands are hosting an important cultural event this summer: Austria Days on the Princes' Islands. As part of the event, Turkish and Austrian musicians who were educated in classical music in Austria will give four concerts. Moreover, there will be a film screening as well. The event, which kicked off on July 21 at the Büyükada Anadolu Club, will conclude with a concert by the Alliance Quartet on July 25 in the garden of the Theological School of Halki. Composed of four young Austrian musicians, the Alliance Quartet is an outstanding band that performs at the most important international festivals. Austria Days on the Princes' Islands is co-organized by the Consulate of Austria in Istanbul, the Culture Office of Austria, Baki Bilgili and the Princes' Islands Foundation, the City Council of the Princes' Islands and the Anadolu Club.
