Famous French singer Zaz on Istanbul stage


As part of the night concert series at the Harbiye Cemil Topuzlu Open-air Theater, French singer and songwriter Isabelle Geffroy, better known by her nickname Zaz, will play live in concert. With her arresting voice and style, Zaz is a popular name in Turkey especially with her song "Je Veux." Born in 1980, Zaz started to take violin and choir courses at the age of five. Her debut concert took place with the blues band "Fifty Fingers." Performing as a street musician at first, she was discovered at the competition "Generation Reservoir" in 2009, where she came first.
