Harvest Festival debuts in Istanbul

The first installment of the Harvest Festival will enliven the summer with world-renowned bands along with local acts including Eskiz, Kök and Sattas. The festival venue will be surrounded with scarecrows to create the atmosphere of a farm. Danish indie-rock group Mew and Alt J, the winner of the Mercury Music Prize and three-time nominee at the Brit Awards, will be there. Aside from concerts, various workshops such as guitar making, permaculture, and natural therapy will offer festival participants different experiences. A market place will be set up where visitors can buy ecological food, clothes, accessories and old records. When: May 31Where: KüçükÇiftlik Park
