‘AMİN-AMEN’ to be displayed in İzmir


The "Amİn-Amen Faiths and Beliefs in Southeast Anatolia Photo Exhibition,"which documents the beliefs and cultural life in the region through photographs, will open in İzmir. Organized in collaboration with the Southeastern Anatolia Project (GAP) Development Administration and Ankara Photography Artists Association, the exhibition will put on display the work of members of the Ankara Photography Artists Association, Kadir Ekinci, Asuman Ergüney, Aynur Ülker, Dilek Bal, Doğanay Sevindik, Erol Büyükyazıcı, Gülser Günaydın, İbrahim Göğer, Mehtap Yıldız, Mustafa Ertekin, Nureddin Özdener, Orhan Köse, Özcan Yurdalan, Selim Aytaç and Serpil Yıldız. The exhibition is managed by Serpil Yıldız and curated by İbrahim Göğer and consists of work from over a period of 13 years. It is one of the long-running photography projects. The exhibition will officially open on Feb. 2 and can be visited every day except Sundays from Feb. 3 to Feb. 28.When: From Feb. 3-28Where: Kültürpark Art Gallery, İzmir
