Legendary Nigeria-based saxophonist Orlando Julius, whose music was imprinted on people's minds with his album "Disco Hi-Life," and the British psychedelic band The Heliocentrics, which collaborated with important figures such as Mulatu Astatke and Lloyd Miller, will perform an unforgettable concert to Istanbulites at Babylon on Jan. 23. Released in collaboration with Julius and the Heliocentrics, the album titled "Jaiyede Afro" rocked the charts before it was launched thanks to the hit single "Buje Buje." A modern and unique album, which was recorded at the band's London studio, it stands out with the mixture of Julius' authentic rhythms and the Heliocentrics' psychedelic style.
