Johann Strauss Orchestra to mesmerize audiences


The Johann Strauss Gala promises an impressive night with an assortment of much-loved music where classical music is harmonized with comedy and dance. Celebrating its 40th year and mesmerizing audiences around the world, the show features the Johann Straus Orchestra directed by Rainer Hersch, a pianist and comedian who has performed in more than 30 countries and worked with many orchestras ranging from the St. Petersburg Philharmonic Orchestra to the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra. The Johann Strauss Orchestra will perform waltzes and polkas from the Strauss family and other Austrian composers in collaboration with the sparkling soprano Kristy Swift.
