Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko on Sunday promised to spend some $3.0 billion to reequip the country's military over the next few years."From 2015 to 2017 we are planning to allocate more than UAH 40 billion ($3.0 billion, 2.3 billion euros) to rearmament," Poroshenko said in a speech ahead of an Independence Day parade in Kiev.
