CNR Expo Istanbul will host the "Real Estate 2014: Residential, Commercial Real Estate Procurement, Leasing and Financing Fair" from Sept.11 to 14. The event will welcome the leading names and projects of the real estate industry. Last year, Arab businessmen showed great interest in the fair. The King of Saudi Arabia Abdullah ibn Abdilaziz sent his nephew Ahmed Bender el-Sideyr to represent his country. This year, Saudi Prince Turki Bin Mohammed Bin Nasır Bin Abdulaziz al-Saud is expected to attend the event and continue his Istanbul tour following on-site visits to residential project areas. The fair will draw almost 25,000 visitors who have the chance to discuss current developments in Turkey's hotel industry, Asian and European hotels, financing residential projects, urban transformation and development along with other related subjects during a number of conferences.
