It is unacceptable for Turkey's allies to hold talks with terrorists; we sent a diplomatic note to the US regarding their upcoming talks with PKK-linked YPG ringleader Mazloum Kobani, Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu said Friday.
