Malaysia offers scholarship for language course and executive training
Undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students under the age of 30 who want to improve themselves and build a better career will be offered English language training and internship/career opportunities abroad.The Turkish Youth and Education Service Foundation (TÜRGEV) in collaboration with Albukhary Foundation are organizing a scholarship program for undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students under the age of 30 to attend a "Language Course and Executive Training" program in Malaysia.Successful candidates will participate in a program that offers opportunities for personal development, international cultural interaction, internship and probable job placements. Uğur Karaboğa, recruitment and career director at Mental Human Resources and Consultancy said applications for the program will be accepted between Nov. 15 and Dec. 15.Karaboğa said, "The program will start on Feb. 15, 2017. Within the scope of the project, young talents will be provided scholarships in different categories by TÜRGEV and Albukhary Foundation for the language education they will receive in Malaysia." Karaboğa said there will be a lot of opportunities for the successful candidates who will participate in the program, besides education scholarship, project management training, human resources education, executive assisted education and an intensive language program. Food and accommodation, transportation including international travel, life scholarship and cultural interaction activities will also be part of the scholarships.Mental HR will offer career opportunities to those who obtain certification in human resources, as an executive assistant or project manager."Candidates who succeed in the English exam will be eligible to attend at least one of the special certificate programs, besides language school education. International internship opportunities will also be provided to the first 50 people who successfully participate and succeed at the training program. Candidates who will successfully complete a one-month internship period will be offered jobs with pays up to $2,500," Karaboğa said.He said, beside undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students, new graduates and applicants under the age of 30 can also apply. "Besides English lessons at Albukhary International University, where we were accommodated, we had seminars on different topics such as leadership, entrepreneurship, and career. During the weekends, we had opportunities to visit different cities and some of the most famous places in the region such as the Mount Jerai, Islands of Langkawi, and Penang. At the end we visited Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia's capital.
