Polisan Holding has come to the table with one of Japan's leading paint manufacturers, Osaka-based Kansai Paint Co. Ltd., looking for a partnership.The holding, which operates in the fields of paint, chemicals, agriculture, textiles, construction and logistics, announced that its affiliate in the paint sector, Polisan Boya A.Ş., is in negotiations with the Japanese company for a company partnership. In a statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform, Polisan Holding said: "Polisan Holding is in the negotiation process with one of the world's top 10 paint manufacturers, Japan's leading paint manufacturer Kansai Paint Co. Ltd. for the purchase of a 50 percent share in its affiliate, Polisan Boya A.Ş."According to Polisan Holding, the partnership will support company growth and give them a powerful presence in international markets. Polisan Holding also indicated that developments regarding the ongoing negotiations will be announced to the public. Polisan Holding shares saw an increase of 8.19 percent to TL 3.83 ($1.3) as a result of the statement.
