Turkish Airlines has launched a new flight route to the Italian city of Venice from Istanbul's second airport, the country's national flag carrier announced yesterday. Previously, travelers could only fly to Venice from Atatürk International Airport on the European side of Istanbul. The new flights between Sabiha Gökçen International Airport and Venice Marco Polo Airport will operate daily in both directions, the airline said, adding that the flights began yesterday. Turkish Airlines offers flights to over 250 international destinations in over 100 countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and the Americas.
