MIH Allegro, Polish subsidiary of South African media and e-commerce firm Naspers (NPNJn.J) has bought a 71.2 percent stake in Turkish e-commerce and fashion company Markafoni, Markafoni said in a statement on Thursday.
It did not give the price of the acquisition, but a Turkish technology website reported the price tag at $200 million.
Markafoni is the biggest discount shopping website in Turkey.
Naspers said last week it would focus on organic growth and would be less interested in acquisitions.
