Located in Istanbul's Beyoğlu district, Versus Art Project will host one of Turkey's most important artists with Mustafa Ata's painting exhibition entitled "Yazı-Bedenler" (Writing-Bodies). In his latest works, which will be exhibited at Versus Art Project from May 8 to June 6, the artist enables his audience to observe "Light-Bodies" and the traces that they left on a single colored surface. Stating, "Being is not only questioned within eternity but also within society," Ata presents a series entitled "Collages" for the first time, in addition to his large oil paint paintings. Through his series "Collages," the artist does not only question physicality in terms of eternity, but also in terms of the elements of society. The artist, who has been simplifying his style for a while now, will meet his fans with his exhibition held jointly by Versus Art Project and Karşı Sanat Çalışmaları. The "Writing-Bodies" painting exhibition by Mustafa Ata can be visited from May 8 to June 6, six days a week from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., except Mondays.
