Internationally acclaimed conga player Puerto Rico’s Giovanni Hidalgo performs in Istanbul tonight as part of Okay Temiz’s ‘Day of the Rhythm’. The concert, held at the Cemal Reşit Rey Concert Hall, which begins at 20:00 tonight, will bring together a number of percussion and rhythm masters from all over the world to perform on the same stage.
Turkish percussionist and drummer Okay Temiz has arranged a concert series that brings world renowned rhythm masters altogether on the same stage. Tonight, Grammy award-winning conga player Giovanni Hidalgo is amongst the performance's very special guests.
