Trump supporters in most American states declare pride for president
From the Colorado State Capitol to the Trump Towers in New York and Florida to Maine, hundreds of people rallied for U.S. President Donald Trump on Saturday, waving "Deplorables for Trump" signs and even carrying a life-size cutout of the president.
In a crowd of rally-goers in Denver, Colorado, hundreds held American flags and wore red, white and blue waving signs with messages that included, "Veterans Before Refugees."
Meanwhile in Berkeley, California, police say 10 people have been arrested after Trump supporters and anti-Trump naysayers clashed during a rally that turned violent and left seven people injured. None of those injured were hospitalized.

etal pipes, bats, pieces of lumber and bricks were confiscated from anti-Trump protesters , police said.
Six people protesting the rally in St. Paul, Minnesota, were arrested on felony riot charges after they lit fireworks inside the Minnesota State Capitol and fled, according to law enforcement. About 400 people attended the event and roughly 50 naysayers showed up in protest. In Nashville, Tennessee, two people were arrested as protesters clashed with Trump supporters at the Tennessee State Capitol. Across the country in Olympia, Washington, state troopers said four anti-Trump protesters were arrested for assaulting a police officer during a pro-Trump rally.
Near the city of Mar-a-Lago in Florida, people from both sides exchanged profanity. Trump's motorcade briefly stopped there so he could wave at supporters.
In Ohio, 57-year-old Trump supporter Margaret Howe of Pataskala expressed her increasing fears of a civil war.
"We did not want to have something like this happen," she said, adding that, "We came out today because Trump deserves to see that he still has people [supporting] him. It's all just sad." A group of counter-protesters gathered nearby, separated from the rally by police tape. They chanted slogans and held signs with messages like, "Your vote was a hate crime."

Supporters waved signs and flags while listening to speeches during Saturday's "Spirit of America" rally in Neshaminy State Park in the town of Bensalem in eastern Pennsylvania's Bucks County.
"They love their country and they love what Donald Trump represents, which is about making America first," organizer Jim Worthington said.
In the northwestern town of Erie in Pennsylvania, the Erie Times-News reported that about 100 people gathered at a square downtown for a similar demonstration. "We've got to get the whole country united behind this man," said Richard Brozell, 75, who attended a rally with his wife, braving frigid temperatures that dipped into the mid-20s as well as a frigid wind chill in a bid to support the president.
In Augusta, Maine, more than 100 people turned out for an event that was supposed to last three hours but ended early due to freezing temperatures. To the south in Miami Florida, supporters attended a rally while sipping espressos outside of a Cuban restaurant, the Miami Herald reported.Thousands more participated in rallies across the U.S., including North Carolina, Arizona, Texas, Virginia and Michigan. Rallies were held in at least 28 of the 50 states.
